Third molars that typically emerge between ages 17-25, often requiring extraction.
Wisdom teeth are the last set of molars to emerge, usually appearing in late adolescence or early adulthood. Many people don't have enough room in their jaws for these teeth to emerge properly, leading to impaction, crowding, or infection. Extraction is often recommended to prevent complications.
